In April 2009, Mr. Ezzedine Chaïeb — founder and owner of L’Escargot Sousse — was officially inducted as Bailli Délégué du Bailliage de Tunisie within the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the world’s most prestigious gastronomic association.
This recognition honors his lifelong dedication to promoting refined cuisine, hospitality, and cultural exchange.
